Background:  

ChocoDome  a  multi-­‐national  chocolate  Specialty  corporation  is  expanding  rapidly.    They  currently  have  6  offices  in  Europe  and  Asia.    With  their  rapid  expansion  they  are  experiencing  growing  pains.    They  are  losing  the  close  knit  culture  that  fostered  their  innovative  business  strategy.  

They  want  to  have  weekly  communication  between  the  various  offices  and  employees  working  remotely  to:  

• foster  interaction  between  the  staff  and  the  leaders  • continue  their  culture  of  innovation  • engage  employees  • have  fun  

Your  Mission:  

Build  an  appropriate  hybrid  meeting  format  using  the  space  and  communication  types  in  your  toolkit.
