Able to cut up to 38 mm and bend up to 32 mm rebar, the Ogura range ispowerful, safe to use and proven to be robust.

Li-Ion Battery Technology

A number of the battery-powered Ogura tools use the amazing Makita 18 V Li-Ion battery.

Recent tests by Ogura prove that the new Li-Ion units suffer a discharge rate of only 9% after 500 days instorage! Ogura are the only manufacturer of portable hydraulic tools with access to Makita batteries. Testsprove that the batteries used on Ogura tools have at least twice the life of other power tool batteries.

Intelligent charging means that each individual battery has its own charge profile dependent on use. Thisextends battery life, increases durability and means 30% more cuts per charge. Recharge time is only 22minutes.

Mechanical Mains Powered 25 mm 180° Bar Bender

These versatile cutters maintain thread profile in rebar and stud and allow rebar rod to be flushcut to a surface, with only 2-3 mm showing and no burrs.

These tools use specially designed carbide-tipped cuttings discs, which reduce noise, vibrationand sparking, and allow up to 38 mm rebar and stud to be cut whilst maintaining the profile toallow nuts and couplings to be attached without re-work or thread cleaning.

The cutting disc is fully enclosed to enhance safety and to channel the few sparks that areproduced. A jaw ensures minimum movement of the profile whilst cutting - up to 3000 cutsper disc.

The tool uses the most modern and up to date Makitabrushless motor technology and rechargeable 6.0 Ah* Li-ionbattery (supplied seperately), which ensures low maintenanceand maximum cuts per charge (up to 240 on 10 mm bar).
