• Blended from the finest quality severely solvent refined, severely hydrofinished 100% pure paraffin base oils and polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids available. This unique combination provides the following advantages:

– Non Detergent – Includes a patented varnish inhibitor - unique in the Industry! – Rust and oxidation inhibited – Anti-Wear oil specially formulated to meet requirements of all types of air lines, pumps, vacuum pumps, hydraulic, turbine compressor, bearing and general oiling applications

• It is blended from the finest quality severely solvent refined, severely hydrofinished 100% pure paraffin base oils and polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids available. This unique combination provides the following advantages:

– Excellent Low Temperature Properties. This results in the bearing and other machine parts being instantly lubricated at sub-zero temperature – Superior Oxidation Stability. Any oil as it is increasingly exposed to high temperature operation undergoes the process of oxidation. the moment they start turning. – This results in the oil's thickening and buildup of acidic components. Because of the PAO and 100% paraffin base oil's uniform molecular structure, the process of oxidation is greatly reduced. – Excellent Resistance to Thermal Degradation.

• To fortyfy anti-wear capabilities Moly is blended into our oil– Moly is a liquid soluble type of moly that plates itself to the sliding and rubbing surfaces of the hydraulic, turbine and compressor systems. This plating action forms a long lasting solid lubricant film on these rubbing and sliding surfaces. This moly film will withstand pressures up to 500,000 pounds per square inch. Once plated to the sliding and rubbing surfaces the Moly not only produces a smooth finished surface, but also reduces friction between the moving parts. This results in less heat being generated, which in turn not only reduces operating temperatures, but also downtime

– Excellent Hydrolytic and Demulsibility Characteristics. This results in the separation of water much faster and more completely allowing the water to be easily removed from the system. These properties result in increased bearing, pump and gear life, anti-wear protection and improved rust and corrosion protection. – Superior Operating Temperature Reduction. This unique combination of PAO and 100% paraffin than conventional oils. These combined properties help to reduce operating temperature. – Compatibility With All Types of Seals and Coatings.

PREMIUM PURE SYTHETICHYDRAULIC OILOur Pure Synthetic oil is a a premium quality ashless non detergent synthetic oil that is specially formulated to satisfy the lubrication needs ofhydraulic, turbine systems, air lines, pumps, vacuum pumps, bearing and general oiling applications that are subjected to wide variations inambient and system operating temperatures. It is blended from the highest quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids available thatprovide it with the following advantages:

• Excellent Resistance To Thermal Degradation. • Superior Oxidative Stability - Any oil, as it is increasingly exposed to high temperature operations, undergoes the process of oxidation. This results in the oil's thickening and buildup of acidic components. Because of the PAO's uniform molecular structure, the process of oxidation is greatly reduced. • Extended Drain Intervals - Because of the PAO's excellent resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation, Pure Synthetic's service life is extended up to eight (8) times the normal service life of conventional hydraulic oils. • Low Volatility - The low volatility of the PAO's results in lower makeup requirements due to evaporation loss.• Excellent Cold Temperature Starting And Pumpability.• Compatibility With All Types Of Seals And Coatings.

• High Viscosity Index - This results in a minimum change in viscosity with temperature. The adequate viscosity for proper bearing lubrication is provided regardless of temperature change. • Greater Hydrolytic Stability And Demulsibility Characteristics - Since PAO's are non-polar, they absorb less water under high humidity conditions. They also separate condensed water much faster and more completely, thus resulting in the water being removed easily from the system. These properties result in extended bearing life, anti-wear protection and improved rust and corrosion protection. • Operating Temperature Reduction - PAO's have better specific heat values (less available heat is absorbed) and better thermal conductivity than conventional hydraulic oils. These combined properties help to reduce operating temperatures.
