2005 Niobium I 5100 Hydrothermal Synthesis of Crystalline Rectangular Titanoniobate Particles. KTiNbO5 powders are synthesized by a new hydrothermal process starting with sto- ichiometric amounts of Nb2O5 and Ti(OiPr)4 in aqueous KOH solution (autoclave, 300 or 400 °C). The samples are characterized by powder XRD, TEM, and thermal analysis.
