All are fi tted with a kitchen refrige-rator and sink unit, washroom with sink and freshwater fl ush toilets, and most with separate shower cabins. Heating, external electric power cable connectors and cable drums, 12-Volt batteries and char-ger unit and of course bicycle rack, can all be found aboard. Last but not least – all vehicles are fi tted
with servo assisted steering and an audio unit with cassette deck.
Ask our rental staff about extras such as cooking utensils, bedding or camping table and chairs. They will try their best to satisfy all your wishes.

Dear HYMER-rent customer,your holiday really starts with the choice of your motor home. The vehicles at your disposal are all under two years of age, professionally serviced and maintained and equipped with the highest standards of furnishings.
How and where do you take over and return the motor home ?First of all a little advice. If at all possible do not plan the take over of the motor home and the start of your journey on the same day. Our HYMER-rent person-nel will take time to instruct you on the correct and best usage of your rented motorhome. If you cannot avoid star-ting your journey on the fi rst day, try and plan the fi rst leg to be as short as possible.The motor home assignments are care-fully planned. Therefore we must remind
our customers to keep to the assigned return date/times agreed in the contract. If a vehicle is returned late we must unfortunately charge the user at a rate of € 25,– per started hour, (max. 1 Day rental fee.) If any damages are incurred by us due to the late return of a vehicle, (e.g. claims for compensation from the next user) we reserve the right to render compensation claims against you.Therefore please bear in mind:Do not return your vehicle late!
All inclusive pricesOur rental prices are all inclusive and feature the following items:– Unlimited milage– Including V.A.T– Fully comprehensive insurance with a voluntary excess of only € 1000,– per
case
– Fire and theft insurance coverwith a voluntary excess of only € 250,– per case
– Third party insurance up to € 50 Mio.
– Full HYMER europass mobility service– DVD „First Steps“– Bicycle rack– Awning– Any servicing or wear and tear repair
costs incurred during the hire period will be fully reimbursed.
Service feeA standard service fee is generally char-ged per rental. This one-off lump sum includes the following: fi lled gas cylin-ders, biodegradable toilet chemicals and cleaning of the vehicle exterior. It also includes a detailed introduction to the correct handling of your vehicle by our HYMER-rent partners.
The vehicles are cleaned inside before they are handed over and must be retur-ned in the same clean condition. If full or partial cleaning of the interior and/or emptying of the cassette toilet is neces-sary, this will be charged at € 149.– / € 180.–
Booking and payment conditionsMotor home reservations are only valid with a written confi rmation from the rental agent. A deposit of € 250,– is to be made by the customer within 10 days of receipt of this written confi r-mation. Bank details are shown in ren-tal agreement form. The rental agents bank account must be in receipt of the balance of the rental price 21 days prior to the rental date. The complete rental price is to be paid immediately if the rental reservation has been made less than 21 days prior to rental date (short-

term reservation). A security deposit of € 1000,– in cash must be made to the rental agent – at the latest prior to the vehicle hand-over. It is not possible to receive the vehicle before the full rental price and the security deposit have been made. The security deposit will be retur-ned in the full amount upon the unda-maged return of the vehicle and after the completion of the fi nal accounts. If any extra costs are incurred by the rental agent, e.g. petrol, internal cleaning, WC waste disposal etc., they will be subtrac-ted from the security deposit before its return.
Minimum rental ageThe minimum age for the vehicle hirer and driver is 21 years. This person should have been in possession of a valid class 3 dri-ving licence (German class B) for at least one year. Please note that some models may have a gross weight of more than 3.5 tons and thus require the possession of a class 3 (German class C 1) licence.
Hand-over / return of vehicleBefore the start of your journey it is ab-solutely necessary that the rental agent‘s experts instruct you on the correct usage and handling of your hired motor home.
Hand-over times are:Monday to Friday 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm.
Return of vehicle:Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 11.00 am.
Please see your rental contract for the exact pick-up and return times. No ve-hicle hand-over or returns are possible at weekends and public holidays.
Deviations to the above hand-over or return times must be cleared by the ap-propriate HYMER-rent agent. The return of the vehicle is deemed as completed with the rental agent‘s signature on the return protocol. In total, only one day will be charged for the vehicle hand-over and return, provided these do not exceed 24 hours.
Travel in foreign countriesTravel is permitted in all EU countries.Journeys outside of the above countriesis permitted only after prior consulta-tion with the HYMER-rent agent, who will give his written permission and complete the necessary extra insurance details. Travel in war zones or areas of crisis is forbidden.
Hiring made easyIn case of accident or breakdown, please call your HYMER-rental station immedi-ately.Outside of working hours please call the HYMER-europass Service-Hotline :01802 / 49 63 73.When calling from outside Germany, please contact the ADAC emergency number which is available throughout the year. All our vehicles are as new. Unfortu-nately there is still the possibility of a breakdown.Please note: Minor repairs up to €
150,– can be undertaken by the vehic-le hirer without our prior confi rmation. Any repairs to be undertaken above the mentioned sum must have our prior confi rmation. Please do not forget to keep all such receipts of payments you have made. Without a receipt there can be no reimbursement.
MiscellaneousSmoking and the transportation of pets is only permitted in the vehicles subject to agreement with the hire agency.
Errors and modifi cations during the season excepted.
These rental conditions apply to vehicles hired in Germany.
