● Once you have unzipped the software file emailed to you, copy the folder named “update” to your blank USB drive. The manufacturer recommends a drive that is 2gb or less and made by one of the leading brand names i.e. Kingston, Sandisk ect.

● Next, plug the USB drive into the ATM main board.

● From the ATM main menu, select system setup, then system control, followed by software update.

● If all the steps have been followed correctly the software will begin to load to your terminal. If the machine displays an error that the USB drive cannot be found either the file path on the USB drive is not correct or the ATM cannot recognize your particular USB thumb drive.
