Demolition of the existing northbound I-405 to eastbound Wilshire off-ramp will create space that will allow us to complete construction for the new on-ramp from eastbound Wilshire to northbound I-405.

Ramp closure of existing off-ramp is projected for Summer 2013 to facilitate the demolition of the existing ramp and the switch of traffic to the new ramp.

• Approximate total linear feet of sound walls 8,650 ft• Approximately 96% complete

• Combined, there are 26,025 ft of retaining wall and sound walls• Approximately 89.3% complete• This is a total of 23,241 ft worth of completed walls

Sunset Segment—55-Hour Reduction

Northbound I-405: 55- Hour Lane Reduction• Between Montana Ave and Getty Center Drive off-ramps

• Starts Friday, March 1 at 10pm

• Ends Monday, March 3 at 5am

• Lanes 1, 2, and 3 will be closed

• Southbound I-405 remains open

• Sepulveda Bl remains open

The area at the center of the mainline will be paved to accommodate the new HOV lane and to facilitate realignment of the roadway.

• Traffic Control Officers will be deployed at key locations along the alignment.

• Changeable message signs will be utilized. These have been in place since February 11 giving advance notice.

• Northbound ramps to be closed:

• Getty Center Dr on-ramp (6 months)• Moraga Dr on-ramp• Moraga Dr off-ramp• Sunset Bl on-ramp• Montana Av off-ramp
