02 Column Moving Type High Speed & Productivity Dual Table Type Vertical Machining Centeri-CUT M Series
Column Moving TypeBy using Dual Table, it is designed as column moving structure to be able to maximize productivity. Also, by extending column width, processing accuracy is increased and by designed as thermal symmetrical column structures, thermal deformation is minimized by heated.
Dual TableThe automatic index table is incorporated into the standard design of the machine on the i-CUT380MD.Both sides are completely separated by a heavy-duty guard. Because the table remains stationary during cutting, work can be safely set up on the table side not being machined on.The table itself rotates 180° via a hydraulic rack & pinion gearand is locked in position using a locating pin.
LM Guidei-CUT380MD is equipped with LM Guide of excellent speed and response. Therefore, non-cutting time is decreased, which raises productivity by realizing rapid feed rate of
50/50/56 m/min (1,969/1,969/2,205 ipm).
Dual Table Type Machining Centeri-CUT380MD tool will satisfy customer's request on productivity maximization, in which Dual Table is applied to quick transfer speed and high speed spindle structure.
