Conspirare ChristmasThis enchanted musical journey reinvents the traditional holiday concert with an eloquent collage of musical genres curated by Conspirare Artistic Director Craig Hella Johnson. Beloved Austin Blues artist Ruthie Foster and Singer/Songwriter Matt Alber take the stage with Grammy® award–winning Conspirare.

Bach Plus weaves the jubilant motets of J.S. Bach with poetry and a premiere from cutting–edge composer Ted Hearne.

Hope of Loving Engage with the questions of our time, examine the human condition, and connect with each other through this concert featuring the music of Jake Runestad.

March Moderns is a festival of new works for voices and instruments. Deepen your experience during conversations with composers and artists before and after the concerts. Hear the world premiere of Songs for Muska, composed by 2017– 2018 American Prize winner Jocelyn Hagen. Festival opener, Vanguard, showcases extraordinary works by three of today’s boldest compositional voices: Caroline Shaw, Anna Thorvaldsdottir, and Andrea Clearfield. Kile Smith’s ethereal new work Canticle will surround listeners in a sensual sound bath to close the festival.

Experience the magic of Conspirare Youth Choirs this season. SONGS OF FIRE AND ICE and MOONRISE will explore themes of fluidity and vitality. Become inspired with evocative featured pieces like Snow Angel by Sarah Quartel.
