1. At the login page, Click on "Forgot your password?"

2. The below screen will open. Enter all the information (First Name, Last Name & Username). 3. Click on the “Submit” button.

4. A message will appear on the top.

5. An email is sent to you. 6. In the email, Follow the instruction. Click on “Reset My Password”

7. It will take you to VENTIS & the below screen will open. Enter all the information & Click “Reset”.

8. A message will appear on the top. You can log into VENTIS using the new password.

9. A message will appear on the top. You can log into VENTIS using the new password.

10. Enter your username and the new password.

11. Click on the "Login" button.

12. Once you have logged in, the Dashboard landing page will open.
