I live each moment in happiness.
I carefully choose experiences that support
my happiness and peace of mind. That
strategy allows me to live each moment in
happiness.
The relationships I choose to develop are
important to my well-being. They help to
keep me grounded. I am open to diversity
because I build diverse friendships.
Spending time with my friends helps me to
practice acceptance. When I accept others, I
achieve peace and experience togetherness.
Having that feeling brings me true
happiness. I am capable of great things
because I have a great support system.
I choose to live well with both loved ones
and strangers. My kind actions help me to
maintain positive energy and bring me joy.
My time alone is spent doing things I enjoy.
It is important to open myself to things that
enrich my soul. Each day I pursue activities
that capture the attention of my mind,
heart, and soul.
When I wake up each day, I focus on my
blessings. I think about how fortunate I am
to have them. My gratitude carries
through the entire day and keeps me at
peace.
Today, I am committed to having only
happy moments. Even when negative
circumstances come my way, I spin them
and find the positive. My life is a testament
to how to make the best out of any
situation. I am an optimistic life force.
