AccurioPro Flux Premium is de softwareoplossing van Konica Minolta voor professionele automatisering van de print-

worklow. Het is geoptimaliseerd voor gebruik in reproductiebedrjven en interne printshops van publieke instellingen,

universiteiten en ondernemingen, en is een essentiële tool om kosten te minimaliseren en rendement te maximaliseren.

ESSENTIËLE TOOL VOOR OPTIMALISATIE VAN WORKFLOW AUTOMATISERING

Door middel van een op job tickets gebaseerde printworklow

biedt AccurioPro Flux Premium de klanten een tool waarmee

op eenvoudige wjze printproducten kunnen worden besteld.

Gebruikers kunnen printopdrachten vanuit de bronapplicatie,

via het intranet van het bedrjf, direct doorsturen naar de

(interne) printshop. Operators kunnen kiezen uit een breed

scala aan intelligente printfuncties om alle inkomende op-

drachten te beheren.

Met de op sjablonen en job tickets gebaseerde functionaliteit

ondersteunt AccurioPro Flux Premium de automatische

instelling van systemen en inline-afwerking en helpt de

leveranciers van printdiensten om de producten automa-

tisch te conigureren en beheren. Beheerders hoeven

instellingen maar één keer in te stellen om daarna veel tjd

te besparen op herhalende prepress werkzaamheden.

– Centrale lijst met printopdrachten: alle printopdrachten

staan op een centrale server en kunnen vanaf de

verschillende werkstations worden benaderd.

– Tegelijk werken: door aanschaf van Flux Multi Seat-

licen ties kunnen meerdere beheerders/operators tegelijk

werken.

– Rapporten maken: de standaard aanwezige assistent

voor rapporten maakt het mogelijk om printgegevens

te analyseren en aangepaste rapporten te maken. Het

dashboard kan een grafische weergave van een rapport

bevatten, zodat de beheerder altijd een up-to-date

overzicht heeft.

– Toewijzing van opdrachten op basis van regels:

aan de hand van regels kunnen opdrachten automatisch

conversie naar PDF nodig is.
