Norway•We will not at the time being establish a digital music service at the public libraries ... The reason is that we are not sure whether this will function as long as the music is easily and cheaply available through Spotify and similar services. We are discussing though how we may give access to music from the archives that we are responsible for in cooperation among others with the Norwegian Broadcasting Company.
