Official “ #IAMTSW ” Contest Rules

1. DESCRIPTION: The “ #IAMTSW ” ("Contest") begins at 0800 [PST] on _23March_2015(“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 PM [PST] on 25 May 2015 (“Contest Period“). TheSponsor and Administrator for this Contest is Funcom Oslo AS , ("Sponsor") with offices at

Bestumstubben 11, N-0281 Oslo Norway

2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open only to individuals who have reached the age of majority intheir jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry and who do NOT reside in Cuba, Iran, NewJersey, North Korea, the Province of Quebec, Sudan, Syria or Vermont. Any individuals(including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) whohave, within six months prior to the Start Date, held employment with or performed services forSponsor, or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prizesupport, judging, advertisement or promotion of the Contest (collectively, "Contest Entities") arenot eligible to enter or win. Void where prohi bited by Law.

USER GENERATED SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

You represent and warrant that (i) your Submissions are all your own original work and that youhave obtained all the required rights, consents, permissions and clearances necessary to grant thelicense below; (ii) no content, materials or information used in your Submission infringe theintellectual property or other rights of any third party; (iii) you have not entered into anyagreements with third parties that could impair Funcom’s right to use your Submission; (iv) any persons whose image is used in your submission has given their consent for such use and haswaived any rights they may have in that image as incorporated into your Submission; and (v) youwill provide to Funcom upon request, written confirmation that you have obtained all requiredrights, consents, permissions and clearances referenced in this sub-section.

Your Submission must not contain any (i) pornography, nudity or sexually explicit imagery; (ii)lewd, obscene, offensive, hateful or abusive imagery or language; (iii) harassing, disparaging ordefamatory content; (iv) content that compromises the privacy or safety of yourself or others; (v)content that demeans a particular gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, race, ethnicity ornationality; (vi) violent or dangerous behavior; and/or (vii) spam, advertising or othercommercial activities; or (viii) any other type of content that is indecent, immoral,discriminatory, or portrays or encourages illegal activity.

By submitting your Submission to this contest you hereby grant to Funcom a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to (i) use, copyand store for backup and archival purposes, transmit, broadcast, distribute, reproduce, modify,adapt, translate, reformat, transcode, and otherwise create derivative works of, publicly perform,record, re-record, synchronize with visual images and motion pictures, your Submission in anymanner, in whole or in part, to incorporate your Submission into other works, and to otherwiseexploit your Submission in any format or medium now known or later developed (collectively,

the “Uses”), and (ii) use your name, city and state of residence, or other personal information

su pplied by you (“Personal Information”) to identify your Submission in the Uses, without anyobligation of attribution or compensation to you. Funcom shall not be obligated to use anySubmission.All entries must be received by 11:59 PM [PST] on 25 May, 2015. Entrants must provide all information requested by Sponsor to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or

unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

4. JUDGING CRITERIA: All entries will be judged by a panel of judges to be selected by theSponsor (“Judging Panel”) based on the following criteria: Creativity 25%; Originality 25%;Relevance 25%; Composition 25%. All decisions of the judging panel are final on all aspects ofthe Contest. Judges decisions are final .

5. PRIZES/AWARDS Each eligible entry selected will have their creation evaluated byFuncom developers. Odds of winning are dependent on number and quality of entries.

Prizes are:Grand Prize (1)- Funcom prize pack + a Lifetime subscription (Custom in-game Shirt w/ name,A drinking Glass, Special Forum Title, in-game Participation Shirt, 1200 Funcom Points, A DeepMystery Box and a Secret World custom Dogtag, Lifetime Subscription total valued at $399.00)

Prizes for weekly winners may include a Prize Pack (8) (valued at: $100 each)Custom in-game Shirt w/ name, A drinking Glass, Special Forum Title, in-game ParticipationShirt, 1200 Funcom Points, A Deep Mystery Box and a Secret World custom Dogtag.

(Weekly winners are automatically entered into the Grand Prize contest)

Any use of the Prize winning Submissions will be decided in the sole discretion of Funcom, andconditioned upon the winners consenting in writing to any and all agreements and/or contractualreleases deemed legally necessary by Contest Entities for fulfillment of prize. Sponsordisclaims any responsibility for any occurrence resulting in inability to fulfill the Submissioninclusion element of the prize. . Prize winners cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. Otherrestrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the contest at their solediscretion .

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize Winner will be selectedduring a Contest judging conducted by the Judging Panel on or about__1 June, 2015_____. All

prize winners will be notified by forum post within 7 days of judging.Selected winner will berequired to respond (as directed) to the notification within 72 hours of attempted notification.Sponsor may select an alternate winner based on the stated Judging Criteria. Funcom reservesthe right to award more than one entry. Interim prizes may be awarded each week at Funcom’sdiscretion for the duration of the contest. Winners from weekly rounds will be announced within14 days of round conclusion on the game forums.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Contest is void where prohibitedor restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the JudgingPanel, Sponsor and the Contest Administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting any prize that they may be awarded, entrants

agree to release the Sponsor, Judging Panel, and Contest Administrator; their parent, subsidiaryand affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prizesuppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; andeach of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns(collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damagearising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptanceor use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotionalmaterial, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without furthercompensation unless prohibited by law. Entrants grant Funcom a perpetual, non exclusive licenseto reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute and display the selected art within “The

Secret World”. . The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen,misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligibleentries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephonesystem, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions,lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption,theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) anyinjuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (v) any printing,typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with theContest. Released Parties shall not have any liability for damage to any computer systemresulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with thisContest, and reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contestshould a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyondSponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. ReleasedParties may prohibit you from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in their solediscretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of theContest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending toannoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Released Parties’ representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE ORUNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE INVIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN

DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH ANATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIESAND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THELAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legalactions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent
