Finalidad de usoEsta llave dinamométrica ha sido diseñada para el apriete contro-lado de tornillos y tuercas en coches, motos, autocaravanas etc.. Esta llave dinamométrica no está prevista para su uso comercial o bien industrial. Cualquier uso diferente o que supere lo indicado se considera contrario a lo dispuesto. Se excluyen reclamaciones de cualquier tipo debido a daños por el uso contrario a lo dispuesto. El riesgo será responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario.

Indicaciones de seguridadEn este capítulo obtendrá indicaciones de seguridad importantes para manejar la llave dinamométrica. El uso inadecuado puede causar daños personales y materiales. Para manejar con seguridad la llave dina-mométrica deben tenerse en cuenta las indicaciones de seguridad siguientes:

■ No permita utilizar la herramienta a personas (incluidos los niños) cuyas facultades físicas, sensoriales o mentales, así como su falta de conocimientos o de experiencia, les impida hacer un uso seguro de la misma si no están bajo vigilancia o han sido instruidos correctamente acerca del uso de la llave dinamométrica.

■ Vigile a los niños para asegurarse de que no juegan con la llave dinamométrica.

■ No tire de la llave dinamométrica para apretar una tuerca/un tornillo. Aplique durante el apriete siempre una presión uniforme.

■ Con el fi n de evitar daños en la herramienta, no continúe sobre-cargando la llave dinamométrica a momento que escuche el "sonido de clic". ¡Tenga en cuenta que con un ajuste de par más reducido también lo será acústicamente el "sonido de clic"!

■ En caso de una sobrecarga o después de una manipulación indebida de la llave dinamométrica, está deberá ser calibrada de nuevo a costa del usuario por un taller especializado.

■ Las piezas de accesorio suministradas son las adecuadas para esta llave dinamométrica. Si se utilizan piezas de accesorios no contenidas en el volumen de suministro, les rogamos tenga en cuenta la ejecución normalizada respecto a las formas y tamaños. Si se utilizan piezas de accesorios no normalizados se extinguirá el derecho a la garantía y a las prestaciones.

ES ■ No utilice nunca piezas de accesorios desgastadas o defectuosas

(prolongación o vasos enchufables), ya que podrían falsear la precisión de disparo.

■ No utilice articulaciones de bola o de bisagra ya que estos podrían conllevar ajustes erróneos del par.

■ Durante el primer uso y después de un tiempo prolongado de almacenamiento, se ha de prestar atención de accionarla varias veces la llave dinamométrica y así obtenga la mecánica una lubricación uniforme antes de ajustar el par propiamente dicho.

■ Asegúrese, de ajustar el par al nivel más bajo (28 Nm) si no va a usar la llave dinamométrica.

■ No realice un ajuste menor de la marca de par inferior (por debajo de los 28 Nm).

■ Esta herramienta es robusta y apta para el uso privado, pero a su vez es una herramienta de precisión y como tal se deberá de tratar.

■ Compruebe antes de cada uso el ajuste correcto del valor de disparo y el asiento correcto del vaso utilizado.

■ Almacene la llave dinamométrica exclusivamente a temperatura de sala ambiente de (15° - 25°C), con el fi n de no falsear los valores de disparo.

■ La calibración de la llave dinamométrica la ha de realizar exclu-sivamente personal especializado.

Puesta en servicio y ajuste del par1. Afl oje el tornillo de cierre (no lo desenrosque) en el extremo

inferior de la llave dinamométrica, girándolo en sentido antihorario.

2. El ajuste de precisión del valor del par se realiza conforme a la escala anular y la escala principal . En el ejemplo que viene a continuación se explica el proceso para un par de 120 Nm.

3. Gire el mango hasta que el borde superior alcance la marca doblada hacia abajo de 112 Nm y el "0" de la escala anular coincida con la linea central de la escala principal (véase fi gura A). Con este paso ha realizado un ajuste a grosso modo.

4. Continúe girando el mango hacia la derecha hasta que coincida el "8" de la escala anular con la linea central de la escala principal (véase fi gura B). Con este proceso ha realizado un ajuste fi no y la llave dinamométrica queda ajustada a 120 Nm.

5. Gire el tornillo de cierre en sentido horario para enclavar el valor de par ajustado.

6. Utilice la palanca de cambio para cambiar el sentido de giro (apretar o bien afl ojar) la carraca de cambio.

7. Presione para colocar y afl ojar la prolongación / vasos enchufables el botón de soltar en el cabezal de la llave dinamométrica.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

ATENCIÓN

► No utilice productos de limpieza agresivos o abrasivos, ya que podrían dañar la superfi cie.

► Limpie la llave dinamométrica con un paño seco.

► Guarde la llave dinamométrica en un lugar seco o en su estuche de conservación previsto para tales fi nes.

► Asegúrese, de ajustar el par al nivel más bajo si no va a usar la llave dinamométrica o al guardarla.

► Cuando la llave dinamométrica es nueva o bien la ha guardado durante un tiempo prolongado y va a utilizarla, accionela varias veces con un par de ajuste reducido con el fi n de que se lubri-quen las piezas mecánicas de su interior.

► En caso de una sobrecarga o después de una manipulación indebida de la llave dinamométrica, está deberá ser calibrada de nuevo por un taller especializado.

EvacuaciónEn ningún caso deberá tirar el aparato a la basura doméstica. Elimine el producto y sus piezas en un centro de eliminación auto-rizado o a través del centro de eliminación de residuos municipal. Preste atención a las normas en vigor. En caso de duda póngase en contacto con las instalaciones municipales de evacuación de residuos. Todo el material de embalaje debe desecharse de forma respetuosa con el medioambiente.

GarantíaEste aparato tiene 3 años de garantía desde la fecha de compra. El aparato ha sido fabricado cuidadosamente y ha sido probado antes de su entrega.

Guarde el comprobante de caja como justifi cante de compra. Si necesitara hacer uso de la garantía, póngase en contacto por teléfono con su punto de servicio habitual. Éste es el único modo de garantizar un envío gratuito.

► La garantía cubre los defectos de fabricación o del material, pero no los daños de transporte, las piezas sujetas a des-gaste o los daños sufridos por las piezas frágiles (p. ej. el interruptor o las pilas).

Este producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para el uso particular y no para el uso industrial. En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta, uso de la fuerza y en caso de abrir el aparato personas extrañas a nuestros centros de asistencia técnica autorizados, la garantía pierde su validez.

Esta garantía no reduce en forma alguna sus derechos legales. La duración de la garantía no se prolonga con la garantía de repara-ciones. Lo mismo sucede con las piezas que se hayan cambiado o reparado.

Safety instructionsIn this chapter you will receive important safety information regard-ing the handling of the torque wrench. Incorrect usage can lead to personal injury and property damage. For safe handling of the torque wrench pay heed to the following safety information:

■ This tool is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with restricted physical, physiological or intellectual abilities or defi ciencies in experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or receive from this person instruction in how the torque wrench is to be used.

■ Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the torque wrench.

■ Do not use brute force on the torque wrench to tighten a nut/screw. During tightening apply a steady and consistent pressure.

■ To prevent damage to the tool, stop applying pressure to the torque wrench when the ”click” sound is heard. Bear in mind that the ”click” sound is acoustically weaker with lower torque settings!

■ In the event of an overload, or improper handling of the torque wrench, it must be recalibrated by a specialist fi rm, which will incur costs.

■ The supplied accessories are matched to this torque wrench. When using accessories that were not supplied with it, please pay heed to the standardised design and to the correct shapes and sizes. The use of non-standard accessories will void the warranty itself and all warranty claims.

■ Do not use worn or damaged accessories (sockets or extension pieces), as these may negatively infl uence the actuation accuracy.

■ Do not use hinged or ball joints, as these can lead to incorrect settings of the torque.

■ When you use the tool for the fi rst time, and after a long storage period, it is important to operate the torque wrench a few times, for the purpose of uniform lubrication of the mechanism, before the actual torque is set.

■ Ensure that the torque is set at the lowest level (28 Nm) if you are not using the torque wrench.

■ Do not turn the setting below the lowest torque marking (less than 28 Nm).

■ This tool is robust and suitable for domestic use, but it is also a precision tool and should therefore be treated as such.

■ Before each use check the correct setting of the actuation value and the correct seating of the accessory being used.

■ Store the torque wrench exclusively at room temperatures (15° - 25°C) so as not to falsify the actuation levels.

■ A calibration of the torque wrench should be performed only by qualifi ed personnel.

Commissioning and adjustment of the torque1. Loosen the locking screw (do not remove it) at the lower end

of the torque wrench by turning it anti-clockwise.

2. The precise setting of the torque value is made by using the ring scale and the main scale . In the following example, this process is explained for a torque of 120 Nm.

3. Turn the hand-grip until its upper edge reaches the kinked down-wards marking of 112 Nm and the ”0” of the ring scale meets the centre line of the main scale (see Figure A). With this step, you have made the rough adjustment.

4. Turn the hand-grip further to the right, until the ”8” on the ring scale meets the centre line of the main scale (see Figure B). With this you have made the fi ne adjustment and the torque wrench is now set to 120 Nm.

5. Turn the locking screw clockwise to lock the set torque value.

6. Use the switching lever to change the direction of rotation (tighten or loosen) of the ratchet.

7. To attach and detach the extension piece/socket wrenches, press the release button on the top of the torque wrench.

Cleaning and care

TAKE NOTE

► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as these can damage the upper surfaces.

► Clean the torque wrench with a dry cloth.

► Store the torque wrench only in a dry place and in the supplied storage box.

► Ensure that the torque is set at the lowest level if you are not using or are storing the torque wrench.

► If it is new, or has been stored a long time, fi rst activate the torque wrench several times, at a low torque, so that the internal lubrication of the mechanical parts can be restored.

► In the event of an overload, or improper handling of the torque wrench, it must be recalibrated by a specialist fi rm.

DisposalDo not dispose of the tool in your normal domestic waste. Arrange for the tool, or parts of it, to be disposed of by a professional disposal company or by your community disposal facility. Pay heed to the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre. Dispose of packaging materials in an environmentally responsible manner.

WarrantyThe warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before delivery.

■ Zerren Sie nicht am Drehmomentschlüssel, um eine Mutter/Schraube fest zu ziehen. Wenden Sie während des Anziehens einen gleich-mäßigen Druck an.

■ Belasten Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel nicht weiter, sobald das „Klickgeräusch“ zu hören ist, um Schäden am Werkzeug zu ver-meiden. Beachten Sie, dass das „Klickgeräusch“ mit niedrigeren Drehmomenteinstellungen akustisch schwächer wird!

■ Bei einer Überlastung oder nach einer unsachgemäßen Handhabung des Drehmomentschlüssels muss dieser durch einen Fachbetrieb kostenpfl ichtig neu kalibriert werden.

■ Die mitgelieferten Zubehörteile sind auf diesen Drehmomentschlüssel abgestimmt. Bei der Verwendung von Zubehörteilen, die nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten waren, bitten wir Sie auf die normgerechte Ausführung und auf die richtigen Formen und Größen zu achten. Die Verwendung von nicht normgerechten Zubehörteilen führt zum Erlöschen von Garantie- und Gewährleistungsansprüchen.

■ Benutzen Sie keine abgenutzten und defekten Zubehörteile (Verlän-gerung oder Steckschlüsseleinsätze), da diese die Auslösegenau-igkeit verfälschen können.

■ Benutzen Sie keine Scharnier- oder Kugelgelenke, da diese zu falschen Einstellungen des Drehmoments führen können.

■ Beim ersten Gebrauch und nach längerer Lagerzeit ist dringend darauf zu achten, den Drehmomentschlüssel zwecks gleichmäßiger Schmierung der Mechanik einige Male zu betätigen, bevor das eigentliche Drehmoment eingestellt wird.

■ Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Drehmoment auf der niedrigsten Stufe (28 Nm) eingestellt ist, wenn Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel nicht benutzen.

■ Drehen Sie die Einstellung nicht unter die unterste Drehmoment-markierung (unter 28 Nm).

■ Dieses Werkzeug ist robust und für den privaten Gebrauch geeignet, aber es ist auch ein Präzisionswerkzeug und daher als solches zu behandeln.

■ Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Benutzung die korrekte Einstellung des Auslösewertes und den korrekten Sitz des verwendeten Einsatzes.

■ Lagern Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel ausschließlich bei Raumtem-peratur (15° - 25°C), um die Auslösewerte nicht zu verfälschen.

■ Eine Kalibrierung des Drehmomentschlüssels ist ausschließlich durch Fachpersonal durchzuführen.

Inbetriebnahme und Einstellen des Drehmoments1. Lockern Sie die Verschlussschraube (nicht abschrauben) am

unteren Ende des Drehmomentschlüssels, indem Sie diese gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

2. Die präzise Einstellung des Drehmomentwertes wird anhand der Ringskala und der Hauptskala vorgenommen. Im nachfol-genden Beispiel wird dieser Vorgang an einem Drehmoment von 120 Nm erklärt.

3. Drehen Sie den Handgriff bis dessen Oberkante die nach unten ab-geknickte Markierung von 112 Nm erreicht und die „0“ der Ring-skala die Mittellinie der Hauptskala triff t (siehe Abbildung A). Mit diesem Schritt haben Sie die Grobeinstellung vorgenommen.

4. Drehen Sie den Handgriff weiter nach rechts, bis die „8“ der Ringskala die Mittellinie der Hauptskala triff t (siehe Abbil-dung B). Hiermit haben Sie nun die Feinjustierung vorgenommen und der Drehmomentschlüssel ist auf 120 Nm eingestellt.

5. Drehen Sie die Verschlussschraube im Uhrzeigersinn, um den eingestellten Drehmomentwert zu arretieren.

6. Verwenden Sie den Umschalthebel zum Wechsel der Dreh-richtung (festziehen oder lösen) der Umschaltknarre.

7. Drücken Sie zum Aufsetzen und zum Lösen der Verlängerung/Steckschlüsseleinsätze den Löseknopf am Kopf des Drehmo-mentschlüssels.

Reinigung und Wartung

ACHTUNG

► Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungs-mittel, da diese die Oberfl äche angreifen können.

► Reinigen Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel mit einem trockenen Tuch.

► Bewahren Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel nur an einem trockenen Ort, in der dafür vorgesehenen Aufbewahrungsbox, auf.

► Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Drehmoment auf der niedrigsten Stufe eingestellt ist, wenn Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel nicht benutzen oder lagern.

► Benutzen Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel, wenn er neu ist, oder längere Zeit gelagert war, zuerst mehrere Male bei einem nied-rigen Drehmoment, damit die innere Schmierung die mechani-schen Teile wieder überziehen kann.

► Bei einer Überlastung oder nach einer unsachgemäßen Hand-habung des Drehmomentschlüssels muss dieser durch einen Fachbetrieb neu kalibriert werden.

EntsorgungWerfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen Hausmüll. Entsor-gen Sie das Produkt oder Teile davon über einen zugelassenen Ent-sorgungsbetrieb oder über Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung. Führen Sie alle Verpackungsmaterialien einer umweltgerechten Entsorgung zu.
