-‐ Within the Fire & Rescue service line is a MOU we hold with the MFS and CFS
-‐ These MOU’s provide a formal framework outlining how Transfield Services, Metropolitan Fire Services / Country Fire Services & Defence will work together should an aircrak incident occur
-‐ We also have regular par7cipa7on in training courses with CFS Units around SA – for example we par7cipated in a training exercise on base with the Burnside Country CFS to allow the volunteer group par7cipa7ng in training exercises including Frontal A9ack, Smoke in the Cockpit exercise and other specialist ac7vi7es rela7ng to the P3C Orion
-‐ Further we have in previous years been called upon to assist in major fire events such as an incident involving a Fuel Tanker on the Salisbury Highway.

-‐ Sarah joined TS (untrained) with a passion to work in Hospitality -‐ We sponsored / supported Sarah undertaking an appren7ceship – she
commenced her appren7ceship in Commercial Cookery with Transfield Services in 2007 and has operated in various messes with great flair throughout the region.
-‐ She completed her appren7ceship eventually winning Transfield Service’s internal Colin Chadwick award – The award is open to all final year appren7ces employed by Transfield Services who demonstrated a commitment to developing a highly successful career in their trade through excellence in personal development, academic study and workplace competency.
-‐ As part of Sarah’s award she received training / equipment to help support her ongoing training and skills development.
