1. All students will record scales, 3-5 minutes of a Group I ISSMA Solo (please use www.issma.net to access the Group I repertoire list) and orchestra excerpts. Because the Hanson is only available eight weeks prior to the concert date due to rental stipulations and the Wagner Elsa’s has minimal brass writing, brass excerpts will be chosen from standard orchestral excerpt repertoire.

3. Please record your scales and solo on the first recording file submission, and all excerpts on the second recording file submission. Play each excerpt through the end of the final measure/rehearsal number/letter listed. PLEASE DO NOT SPEAK AT ANY POINT ON THE RECORDING! Audition recordings are to remain anonymous.
