What is Bluetooth LE?A new class of low-powered, low-cost transmitters
that can notify nearby bluetooth devices of their
presence.
Not just presence, but precise distance down to
centimeters (micro-location).
Cubeacon has a built-in Bluetooth 4.0 chip
also called BLE (Bluetooth low energy).
it can reach in distance of 10 meters range.
Each beacon will run continuously for 1 year
using only one battery. the hardware is
covered well with PP material case housing
which also has sticky back side, allowing it
to be easily attached to any flat surface
like wood, concrete, or glass.
