This increase was largely due to process changes during our transition to lower line width microprocessor technologies in our semiconductor manufacturing.Modifications have already been completed to reduce the waste generation

relating to these changes.

Included on the U.S. Toxic Release Inventory List, as defined by U.S.SARA Section 313 and PPA.
