Normally based on the target number of trainee requirements from GBS, we will offer students internship opportunities. After internship completionand performance evaluation, we will give trainee offers.

Every year in May & July, we will do campus promotion - > students apply -> then we will organize interviews -> selection interview - > 3-6 monthsinternship - > assessment center -> trainee offers.
This is based on the business requirements.

We receive applications from graduates or students in their last semester in March and September of each year. After 2-3 interviews, successfulcandidates get i-Con orientation and required consultancy classes. Each i-Con has a mentor for any matters during the period of the program.
When i-Con employees (“i-Cons”) have completed the “i-Con” program, the recruiter gets feedback from relevant staff teams. I-Cons may be offeredfull-time employment depending on performance evaluation.
