• In this demonstration you will see how to navigate within Passport Advantage Online (PAO) to manage your software license entitlements.

• Sign up for PAO for other important features in managing your IBM software account.

• Quick facts: Did you know you can get an up-to-date list of all your software inventory

with specific details like transaction history, Subscription and Support coverage dates?

Did you know you can view the details behind specific product evolutions and licensing changes in your software inventory?

• Common challenges: If you have not signed up for PAO, you will not have electronic access to

this information.

Users may not know their license entitlement quantities or if Subscription and Support is active for their entitlements.

Users may not understand a new license that appears in their inventory due to product evolutions. The inventory report will detail evolution history.
