Auch den deutschen Marktforschungsleitern ist bewusst, dass im Internet ein "Datenschatz" entsteht, der auf systematische Auswertung wartet. Mehr als die Hälfte der Befragten messen dem Webmonitoring (automatisierte Analyse von Foren, Bewertungsportalen) sowie der Analyse des Internetnutzungsverhaltens durch die Installation entsprechende Software beim Nutzer (clientbasierte Lösungen) eine große Bedeutung bei. Dabei werden diese Datenquellen mehrheitlich als Chance, weniger als Gefahr für die Marktforschung angesehen

500.000 Dokumente Es handelt sich um die maximale Anzahl an Dokumenten die über eine feste Periode vorgehalten werden können. Vorgehaltene Dokumente können wieder gelöscht bzw. Durch andere ersetzt werden. Erfahrungsgemäß ist die Kapazitätsgrenze von 500.000 Dokumenten vollständig ausreichend. Eine höhere Anzahl muss zusätzlich lizensiert werden.
