Program Manager, Vendor Management Office - Offshore (India) in Delhi India Responsibilities The Program Manager - Vendor Management Office (VMO) - Offshore of IT Technology Business Operations division is responsible for managing and driving IT software vendors on delivering all aspects of vendor responsibilities. The Program Manager role will be based offshore in India to enable working closely with IT software vendors. The responsibilities includes but not limited to ensuring working closely with the NBCU IT managers across the different divisions in understanding the needs, challenges working with IT vendors and improving the experience. This role reports to Director of IT Vendor Management Office (IT VMO) in India. Qualifications/Requirements Responsibilities: Establish ways and means of driving operational efficiency from IT vendors Ensure agreement for the SLAs from the IT Managers. Build strong partnership with key stakeholders. Understanding of innovation relevant to technologies required by the IT divisions. Driving offshore vendors on the same. Report progress on an agreed rhythm to IT Leadership, managing expectations and seeking direction to resolve critical issues that may impact the projects Participate and recommend on any of the vendor negotiations process including defining SLAs while collaborating with NBCU Sourcing team Driving Innovation with the offshore vendors. Understand the business needs of the IT divisions and drive technology as well as process innovation with the offshore vendors. Gather, analyze, and report on market intelligence on offshore vendors providing services in technology areas of interest to the Infrastructure and Corporate Systems divisions Qualifications/Requirements: B.A./B.S. in computer science, engineering, or 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible information technology positions, including minimum of 5 years as a line manager for delivery of large projects.

Background in software development, applications management, and vendor management. PMP certified and/or ITIL certification in managing Infrastructure services.

Experience in working with senior IT leaders (Director, VP), developing SOWs and making recommendations

Demonstrated strength in managing teams comprised of diverse IT organizations and vendors.

Experience with vendor selection process from gap analysis to contract negotiations.

Experience in driving value adds in vendor relationships and resolving escalations
