IBPS Test Prep is another initiative of Aabhigyanm Academy for providing unmatched learning opportunities to lakhs of

Banks in India used to conduct their own written tests till the early 1970s. Recently, there has been a change in the pattern

of recruitment in Banks. A Common Written Exam (CWE) is now conducted by IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel

Selection) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel in the 19 public sector banks.

However, candidates used to be bewildered by the changed pattern of tests which included reasoning and many patterns,

which were never taught in Schools and Colleges. It was, therefore, Mr. M. Pradeep (co-founder of Aabhigyanm Academy),

IBPS, an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and a Public Trust under the Bombay Public

Trust Act 1950, has been authorised by Indian Banks Association (IBA) and has received a mandate from the 19 Public

Sector Banks to conduct the Common Written Examination.

Recently, there has been a change in the recruitment pattern in Banks. A Common Written Exam (CWE) is now conducted

by IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel in the 19 public sector banks.

These exams will be conducted twice every year for the post of Probationary Officers and twice a year for the post of Clerks.

An individual who aspires to join any of the Public Sector Banks as a Clerk/Probationary Officer/Management Trainee will

necessarily be required to take the CWE. Prospective candidates who wish to appear for the CWE will have to apply to IBPS

and should carefully read the notification regarding eligibility criteria, online registration process, pattern of examination,

issuance of call letters and score cards.

Candidates who appear for the CWE will be able to check their status after the examination. Score cards will be issued to

candidates who secure minimum qualifying marks and above in each test of the examination. The State Bank of India will

conduct its own exams.

The fee of the courses offered by IBPS Test Prep is: For Regular Classroom Courses: Rs.7000, for Postal
