Services

“All Inclusive”-formula. A monthly fixed price covering a full range of services:– a private workspace comprising one or several modules, – secretarial presence during office hours; – reception of post, visitors, telephone calls; – service center (printer, fax, photocopy, etc.); – meeting rooms (5 h./week included); – common infrastructure (cafeteria, relax area, exhibition area, …); – tele and data communication infrastructure (incl. data centre); – cleaning (common + private areas); – facility management; – security; – water, heating, electricity (common + private areas); – fire insurance; – tax on real estate.

Not included and accounted on an as-use basis:– costs of telecommunication – office stationary
