19-20 December, 2015
The ensuing 9th International Conference would herald the
convergence of Global Sustainable Development, Innovative

in prosperous continuum of peaceful business environment,
where the international business harbingers of tomorrow may
meet together to discuss; confabulate and conclude ways and
means for ushering in a new lease of business world.
The problem of Global Sustainable Development, which is sine
dubio very complex, has been dealt with by individual country in its
own unique way. Nonetheless, there remain distinct loopholes to
be plugged. This necessitates a concerted effort by all to realize
that whatever development takes place, it should be sustainable
and conducive to others. In this perspective, the present
international conference would ponder over all these complex
problems and would recommend epoch-making solutions to be
implemented by all concerned.
Innovation and creativity are interlinked. Innovative practices
effectively reckon amazing results in diverse domains of business.
Innovation through international efforts experimented by the
multitude of practioners in the world would open up the Pandoras
Box of creativity in business eld the world over. It is anticipated
that the whole congregation of scholars, researchers, professors,
entrepreneurs and administrators participating in this conference
would nd out answers to a number of problems associated with
innovative practices and creativity.
Socio-Cultural Integration brought about by global sustainable
development and innovative practices is the ne plus ultra or the
climax of a peaceful revolution in the business world. The more
the socio-cultural integration in the world, the more shall be the all-
embracing peace and prosperity amongst the business fraternity
of the globe.
With this road-map in view, it is hoped that the present
International Conference would certainly provide a global
common platform to the academicians, industry professionals,
researchers, administrators, management and IT students for
discussing threadbare all possible issues closely related to the
