Issues/Challenges and Solutions for full roll-out of ISSNIP

1. Delivery of Services under ISSNIP in the absence of adequate infra-structure at the grass-root level.

2. Adherence to the time frame.3. Universalisation of ICDS – a pre-requisite for successful roll

out of ISSNIP.4. Overlapping of Mission and ISSNIP districts- potential risk of

duplicacy. Limited capacity of staff to understand and differentiate between Mission and ISSNIP. Additional burden on Sevikas.

5. Development of a Baseline for all components will be time consuming. Learning’s from existing pilots in the State could serve as a Baseline.
