Submission Of Abstracts:Registered participants are entitled to submit more than one abstracts as presenting author, andmay be a co-author of other abstracts. Instructions for preparation and submission of abstracts aregiven below:
Abstract to be submitted electronically (e-mail: [email protected]) and the text should bewithin 300 words. Author should use 1.5 lines Times New Roman, font not smaller than 12 pointin order to ensure legibility. Participants can send papers for poster sessions also. Authors aresincerely requested to mention the mode of presentation while submitting the abstracts. A fullycompleted registration form with appropriate registration fee must accompany the abstract so asto reach the Secretariat not later than 30th November, 2015. Full text of the paper must be submittedto the Secretariat within 15th December, 2015 electronically within 4000 words including referencesin Microsoft WORD for publication in the proceedings of the conference. Some selected papersas recommended by the peer review committee will be published in the specially edited volumeafter the conference is over.
Accomodation:Accommodation for participants will be arranged in the selected Guest Houses/Hotels in KOCHI,depending on the availability. Participants interested in accommodation, should write to theSecretariat at an early date not later than 31st December, 2015 along with a demand draft / banktransfer of listed rates given for four nights and five days for Indian Nationals only. TRAVEL TO KOCHIKochi, also known as Cochin, is a major port city onthe west coast of India by the Arabian Sea of thedistrict of Ernakulam in the state of Kerala.
