A planner partners with local authorities [ MajlisBandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) & MajlisPerbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ) ] to plan acertain area.
A planner also consider a wide array of issues such as sustainability, air pollution, traffic congestion, land values and zoning codes.

CONCLUSION
The last involvement of the urban planner is master plan which is in the Pre-Construction stage.
After receiving the approval from the local authorities, architects may start designing the buildings.
