Student User Account & PasswordThe User ID of a student is formed by 7 digits of his/her student ID without the hyphen and last digit

Students can change the password via the ICTO Account Information Webpage at https://account.icto.um.edu.mo
1. Select「Change Password」under「Account」
2. Click the 「Change」to change the password

Two-factor authentication (2FA) provides an extra layer of protection for your UMPASS account:

For uncompleted printing job, student can online submit “Printing Quota Adjustment Application

Quota Transfer
Quota will be kept until student are graduating or have withdrawn, not refundable. Before leaving,
student can on-line submit “Printing Quota Transfer Application Form” to transfer quota to others

Follow-You Student Printing
1. Select print queue “Follow‐You‐HQ” for printing
Follow-You Printing allows student to store the printout in a print server, it will print only when user authenticate with UM campus card at a Follow-You printer of your choice
2. Placing UM campus on the card reader of the printer (or login manually by key in your User ID and password on the control panel)

4. Press “Log In/Out” on the device keypad to logout
RemarksPrint job will be deleted from the print server automatically after 1 hour

Tips to Prevent Phishing Email Attacks:
• Avoid clicking on links in a suspicious email
• Do not open or save attachments from unknown senders
• Avoid sending your password and account information in an email
• Check the sender’s email address
• Keep your operating system and anti-virus software up to date
• Regularly check your online accounts and bank statements
• Backup your data on a regular basis
If you have any doubt on the received email, check with ICTO
