1. A 5-year-old child would talk with his parents about the problem and asking them the reasons.

2. He/she would disclose the problem at the school and asking to the teachers (it might be a good way to concern practitioners and professionals about the problem/affair).

3. He/she would talk with entrepreneur and employers to find out why the recent graduates have got so many problems. In this way, owners would reflect on the real reasons and might contribute solutions.

4. The child would go to talk with his/her teachers and asking them what the problem is, what has failed, where the mistake is, etc.

As a strategy tool, students must make sure to have their knowledge updated steadily and retraining continuously to make difference and interest at a job interview.

It is fairly important to help enterprises economically, so that the might promote a greater number of job placements.
