Age limit is 35. Applicants must be members in the Asia/Pacific re

gion (Several outstanding young researcher awards can be issued at the same time.)

[Step 1] Each committee member read all paper, biography etc. of all applicants.

[Step 2] Score then by activity, originality, quality and total[5 (best) – 1 (worst)]with short comments, if any.

[Step 3] Send score sheet direct to Dr. H. Hasegawa (secretary).[Step 4] Each score sheet is sorted by the total.[Step 5] Show the best paper award candidate to all committee

members by Dr. H. Hasegawa and discussion.[Step 6] Award
