IELTS REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

In certain situations you may need to postpone or cancel your test. If

you cancel your test or request a transfer ve weeks or more before

the test date, the test Centre will charge the following administration

fee :

For test dates before !th "une #!$ the fee is %s. ##!!

For all test dates from $st "uly #!$ the fee is %s. #!!

If you cancel your test or request a transfer within ve weeks of the

test date for medical reasons, you must provide supporting medical

evidence within ve working days of the test date. &nly evidence of

serious illness will be considered. &nly original medical certicates will

be accepted and this must state your inability to appear for the test on

the scheduled test date.

If you cancel your test within ve weeks of the test date for any reason

other than a medical issue, bereavement or hardship'trauma, you will

not be eligible to receive a refund.

If you need to postpone or cancel your test due to the bereavement of

a close family member or hardship'trauma, valid evidence is required

for an e(emption to be made.

)ownload the applicable form and send appropriate documents and'or

evidence no later than ve working days after the test date.

)ocuments accepted include a medical certicate from a qualied

medical practitioner, a death certicate or a police report.

Candidates who cancel their I*+- test at least ve weeks prior to the

test date will receive the following refund :

-end the form to us via email, fa( or post. If the application isapproved, the centre will refund the amount by cheque to the

communication address mentioned on the application form.

Candidates have the option to change the date of the I*+- e(am up

to ve weeks prior to the scheduled test. Candidates are required to

pay the following administration fee towards the transfer.

Candidates must select a new preferred test date that will be

conrmed by us. &nce the transfer application has been approved for

the selected test date, the candidate will be granted a transfer. 1lease

note that candidates are only allowed to transfer their test date once.

If you pay for your I*+- e(am through the ICICI 2ank but do not

complete your registration for the e(am with us within months of

your payment date, the full amount of your e(am fee will be forfeited 3

we will not be able to grant a refund or fee ad4ustment against any

e(am date.
