IÉSEG prepared me well for the corporate world, especially through numerous collaborative school projects. I also got an insight of what living abroad could be thanks to two exchange periods in Germany and China.

At the end of my IÉSEG track, I was hired by the Crédit Lyonnais bank as a control manager in Istanbul. After 5 years in Turkey, I came back to France to work at the bank’s headquarters before moving to Brazil to pursue my career as project manager. In late 2007, I finally flew to New-York City to work at the Crédit Agricole bank. I am currently in charge of projects within the Finance Department.

I specialized in Private Equity Audit and also studied evaluation of start-ups and growing companies. My objective was to provide an insight on financial data presented to investors regarding innovative and fast developing projects. Thanks to a talent mobility program and 3 years’ experience in Audit, I am now a consultant in valuation and due diligence at PwC.

I get to use the same tools for a different audience and a much more flexible organization. What’s next? Take advantage of the expansion of a new start-ups business hub in Luxembourg and then use my expertise to support these new opportunities!

For each project, there is a student

Internships at IÉSEG

In our Grande École program, each student undertakes on average 12 months of work experience which includes a 4-month work placement abroad that is mandatory. There are 4 mandatory internships within this program. During the Bachelor part of the program, our students perform a labor internship (1st year) to discover the corporate world, a sales internship (2nd year) to understand and practice sales techniques in the field, and a junior manager internship (3rd year) to undertake responsibilities during a short-term project. During their Master’s program, IÉSEG students must do an executive internship (6 months) which will prepare them for their first job after graduation. Gap year internships are also available for 6 or 12 months in a company or organization worldwide.

You can also recruit our international students for 4 or 6-month internships while they do a international MBA or a specialized MSc – International Business, Fashion Management, Digital Marketing & CRM, Business Analysis & Consulting, Finance, Accounting, Banking and Capital Markets, Negotiation for Organizations, Big Data Analytics for Business..

Consulting Projects at IÉSEG

Grande École Master students can handle consulting projects where they work as consultants for your company (from 1 to 5 students). Over a period of 4 to 6 months, they analyze your company’s strategic issues in order to bring new ideas to the table that will help you move forward with your project.
