IF AND statements in Microsoft Excel

When an IF statement has an AND statement embedded into it 2 cells can be analysed and the same time.
In cell E6 I wish to enter a function that will show “Pass” if the Test Result A is at least 35 AND the Test Result B is at least 60
First create your AND function. Type in =AND( and then press CTRL + A.
Enter the criteria into your function arguments box and click OK.
Using CTRL + C, copy the AND statement from the formula bar (excluding the =)
Then begin typing =if( in cell E6, and press CTRL + A to show the function arguments box
Using CTRL + V, paste the AND statement in to Logical_test.
Type in Pass in Value_if_true and Fail in value_if_false. Click OK.
Using the Fill Handle copy cell E6 down.
