IFFCO, AMUL, KRIBHCO, ULCCS make Indian Cooperative Movement

Proud; Letters of Appreciation from NCUI

Four Indian Cooperative organizations – IFFCO, AMUL, KRIBHCO and

Uralungul Labour Contract Cooperative Society have made the Indian

Cooperative Movement proud as they have gained outstanding rankings

according to the latest World Cooperative Monitor 2020 published by ICA.

IFFCO has emerged number one among top 300 cooperatives in its

category in the world, the ranking which is based on the ratio of turnover

over Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita. Besides IFFCO, World

Cooperative Monitor Report 2020 published by ICA has named GCMMF

popularly known by the brand name AMUL in the second rank among top

300 cooperatives in the world, according to the ranking based on the ratio

of turnover over Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita. In the list of

World Cooperative Monitor Report published by ICA, the second largest

fertilizer cooperative – KRIBHCO has been ranked at sixth position in the

list of sector rankings in the Agriculture and Food Industries section. In the

Industry and Utilities category, Uralungul Labour Contract Cooperative

Society (ULCCS) has been ranked at second position in the list of sector

rankings in the Industry and Utilities category, based on the ratio of

turnover over GDP per capita.
