COLLEGE- Received a scholarship to play for the University of Montana, where Procter became a four-year starter with 42 consecutive starts (47 total), playing both the ROT and LOG.positions.

NFL- Signed by Detroit Lions IN 2005 as an undrafted free agent. Was later cut, then signed by the Dallas Cowboys just prior to the start of the regular season. Was released by the Cowboys in 2010, and picked up eight days later by the Miami Dolphins. Procter tore his left ACL in training camp, which ultimately led to his retirement.

AFTER FOOTBALL- Procter joined former-Cowboys OLs Marc Colombo and Leonard Davis to create the heavy metal band, Free Reign. Procter was the bands drummer. Currently, Procter is Dallas Regional Sales Representative for Kill Cliff energy drinks
