Sub: Approval and sanction of funds for annual fund requirement for maintainingNABLAccreditation of Motor & Pump Testing Labs .at Br. MSME-DI, Coimbatore underMSME-DI,Chennai for the year 2016-17.

I am directed to refer your letter No.10040/01/2016-17-Elex-Cbe. dated 09.06.2016 onthe above mentioned subject and to convey the approval and sanction of AS & DC (MSME) forallocation of funds not exceeding Rs. 4,00,525/- (Rs. Four Lakh Five Hundred Twenty FiveOnly) for maintaining NABLAccreditation & BIS Surveillance Audit of Motor & Pump Testing Labsat Br. MSME-DI, Coimbatore under MSME-DI, Chennai during the year 2016-17.

2. The details of expenditure to be incurred for this purpose are as under:

1. Renewal Recognition (2016-18) Annual Accreditation fees fromthe date of accreditation (payable to NABL, fee per year from the date ofaccreditation ( Motor & Pump, two separate disciplines = 2xRs.22000=RsA4000 lus 14.55 service tax

3. The expenditure will be incurred under Budget Head 2851.00.102.98-98.01.28-Professional Services, Demand No. 58 for the year 2016-17.4. The sanctioned amount is inclusive of taxes, excise; octroi, packing, forwarding, installation,transportation, service charges etc.

5. The above expenditure is on plan head & non-recurring in nature.6. The approval and sanction have been accorded on the budgetary quotation submitted,however, the expenditure shall be made in accordance with the Govt. prescribed procedure.7. The expenditure is to be made strictly as per norms & purchase, procedure & guidelinescontained in General Financial Rules will be followed strictly.8. The expenditure as and when incurred must be reflected in the subsequent expenditurestatements to be submitted by MSME- OI, Chennai to the Head Quarter Office.
