Description: In some 2015 Model Year Avanza vehicles, the blower motor terminal of the fuse block was assembled in an inverted position. This may reduce the contact surface resulting in poor continuity between the Junction Block ter,minal and Wire Harness. This condition can lead to possibility of making the blower motor inoperative.
