What is the Cambridge IGCSE International?Cambridge IGCSE is the worldʼs most popular international curriculum for 14- 16 years olds, leading to globally recognized and valued Cambridge IGCSE qualification. This curriculum is used by SLI Middle/ High School to develop its framework for grade 9 - 10 for many subjects such as, Mathematics, Additional Math, Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), History, Geography, Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia, Accounting, Business Studies, Art and Information Technology.

At the end of Grade 10, students take some IGCSE Exams. For the IGCSE examination, all students are expected to take 7 or more IGCSE subjects. By doing this, each student will be eligible to receive the ICE award. ICE ( International Certificate of Education) is the group award that requires the study of subjects drawn from five different IGCSE subject groups.The groups are Language, Humanities, Sciences, Mathematics and Creative/ Vocational. This year, 12 out of 14 students received the ICE awards.

What is the Cambridge International AS and A Level?Cambridge International AS and A Levels are intentionally benchmarked qualifications providing excellent preparation for university education. They are part of the Cambridge Advanced stage.These qualifications are widely recognized and valued by universities and employers alike. Some US universities give up to a yearʼs credit as a result. Every year, thousands of Cambridge International A Level students gain places at good

universities worldwide- including the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.This curriculum is used by SLI Middle/ High School to develop its framework for grade 11 - 12 for many subjects such as, Business studies, Physics, Mathematics and Accounting.At the end of Grade 12, students take GCSE AS & A level Exams. Each student is expected to take a minimum of 3 subjects for this examination
