PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Educate the campers on self – management skills to

create highly efficiency students, hence greatly

contribute to the academic knowledge’s cognition and

development during the school years. The project aims to enrich the deeper social

responsibility and commitment to the community of

campers by engaging them in group activities and social

issues discussions. Campers are expected to become more mature by the

introduction of extra-curricular opportunities to

experience the lessons from life and activate the

activeness, curiosity.

I’ve learn wed many things which cannot be learned in school. First I developed my presentation skills and PR skills due to giving workshops in high schools, universities and English clubs and constant interaction with the students. Personally I’ve become more independent. Due to the semi- conservative environment and culture of the Vietnamese in Ha Noi, I’ve also become more disciplined. In summary, my AIESEC experience has been one of the best investments I’ve made. It has served as a good break for me, in between graduation and looking for a job. It gave me good experience in terms of facilitating workshops. Lastly, it was really a blast for me. I had so much fun. Hanoi will always be a city in my heart. Hope you let it be in yours as well. I can definitely recommend a stay in Viet Nam to anyone who wants to experience a very rich and interesting culture. Especially Ha Noi is not (yet) spoiled by lots of tourists nor strongly influenced by the Western world in general. The project itself is also very nice. AIESEC Hanoi is a young and enthusiastic LC, with high ambitions. Despite some difficulties – of which I’m sure they’ll be solved before the next phase – I very much enjoyed given the workshops! It was a way to meet many interesting people, practice presentation skills, but most of all: to make a difference.
