Booth Regulations

Form No. 14 Booth Decoration Deadline: October 31 (Thu)

Booth Regulations/Submission of Booth Decoration

The exhibitor is responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations and restrictions. Also, please register your contractors through your Exhibitor MyPage “Booth Decoration”

Submission of Booth plan

The exhibitors who do not order a package booth decoration must submit a booth plan. Please send Booth plans (floor plan and elevation plan) via fax or email by November 14 (Thu).※ We may ask to change your decoration plan if decoration is particularly against the regulation; it also affects setting your

booth in next year and SEMI priority point will be deducted.※ The display equipment or decoration is not allowed to be rearranged during the exhibition.

(1) Construction by the Organizer The organizer will mark off booth spaces with tape on the floors of the exhibition halls to indicate booth placement. The organizer offers raw space, and will not build basic partitions (back and side panels separating booth from other exhibitors) between booths.

(2) Construction by the ExhibitorThe following 3 items of construction/decoration must be undertaken at the exhibitor’s expense.

Partitions at the side not facing the aisles and between exhibitors Always build a separating partition at the side not facing the aisles and between your booth and neighbors. All exhibitors must have a back panel. Use only fire-retardant materials, and the height must be at least 2.7m and less than or equal to the upper limit allowable.* However, this does not apply to the booths located on the left and right side of the entrance. Please contact show

management for details.* You can download Floor Plan from Exhibitor Mypage to confirm your booth location.

Company SignsDisplay the name of the exhibitor in an easily seen location.

Floor coverings (carpeting)Carpet the whole floor of your booth (except for in the stockrooms). Use only fire-retardant materials for carpeting.

(3) Specifications for 1 Booth SpaceThe size of 1 booth space unit is W 3m x D 3m. All display and decoration must be limited to the confines of the exhibitor’s rented booth space only. (some booths may have slightly different dimensions but the exhibitor must still comply with the relevant restrictions for that booth size.)* These restrictions do not apply to the booth number signs put up by the Show Management Office (see (4) below) nor to the

integrated design of the pavilions designed by this Office.

(4) Booth Number DisplayThe Show Management will create and install booth number display panels that stick out above each booth. If a neighboring booth abuts the exhibitor’s booth, the other side of the panel will display the other exhibitor’s booth number. We will supply display panels for island booths, but in this case the exhibitor should install the panels in prominent, easily seen locations.
