Quarter Finals Cross over - 1 vs. 4, 2 vs. 3 - if SUI qualifies for Quarter Finals, they play 20:20 (Game 60) in Zurich. For the Quarter Finals and other than the condition above, tele vision would have the preference for making the Quarter Final game timings. Semi Finals If SUI qualifies for Semi Finals, they play 14:20 (Game 61). If SUI does NOT qualify for Semi Finals, then the highest ranked team at the con clusion of the Preliminary Round will play the 14:20 SF (Game 61) in Zurich.
Relegation In case both, Latvia and Belarus, rank 8th in their respective group, only the worst ranked 7th team relegates.

The heritage building Hallenstadion was originally built in 1939 and after a year of complete interior reno-vation reopened in 2005. When used as an ice hockey arena it can hold up to 11,200 people, it has a nearby practice rink and is the home to the local ice hockey club.
