WHAT TYPES OF DISABILITIES? If you have a disability and you want more independence, The Independence Center (The IC) can walk with you on your journey to achieve your goals. We serve people with disabilies in El Paso, Cheyenne, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Park and Teller counes. Services vary from county to county.
