Some themes from the survey comments:• Systems now are good, but it has been a journey • Still some FIS installation and usability issues• Requests for fewer ‘down for maintenance’ periods
European Social Fund (ESF)
• ESF calculation in FIS and the Hub• ESF validation to include eligibility• A new ESF supplementary collection • ESF funding reports to be produced when the ILR
is uploaded
