2. Aim: * To learn the basic concepts and standard techniques for inventory management operations based on the JIT concept. * To learn the basic process of daily inventory management (= irregularity handling) with utilization of KPI & other data analysis reports, and to understand the concept of Kaizen with target setting for future achievement.

To learn basic concept & technique of Inventory Management for any peprsons from Parts Logistics Management to the staff level.

PM TMC Warehouse Observation at Oguchi Parts Center

To learn the observation viewpoint from Inventory Management Area - how good/ poor Inventory Control affect to Warehouse space & operations. And to learn from the actual procurement office in TMC for daily management.

PM Lecture 6: Dist Inventory Management Corrabolation with Dealer Parts Operation

To introduce new concept of Dists Inventory Management featuring advanced Inventory Management at Dealerships. (as future Kaizen achievement at Dist.)
