from the PresidentDear Consultant, During the last few months we have seen our momentum build at Immunotec. As a result of your efforts and belief, Immunotec has continued to achieve double digit increases in sales despite the economic issues confronting North America. Further, both November and December were record sponsoring months and in December we had a record-breaking number of new Silvers step up in the plan. This growth and momentum in your business represents an extraordinarily strong platform from which we are now launching our new Compensation Plan, effective February 1. The new plan focuses on rewarding the key actions and activities that will provide sustained growth for each of your Immunotec businesses. Namely, these are consistent recruiting and the development of new leaders. Message from the EditorI invite you to ask yourself the question: does money really make the world go around? For many people, the amount of money and what they can do with it is a measure of their identity and self-worth. Are you worth $50,000 or $5 million? It becomes a driving force that propels anyone to reach their ultimate goal. As individuals, we all require some type of motivation to make us act. Whether the motivating factor is to be financially successful, attain power or gain respect and recognition money does play a significant role. At the end of the day, its all about our emotions. It becomes a matter of envy and whether we too can have it all health, wealth and freedom. There is no precedent in life for the speed or age at which people can attain wealth today. Inherently we all have what it takes we just need to wake up the hunger within. Our feature article on page 2 reveals the secret behind some of our Executive Diamond and Diamond Consultants' success. I am certain that you have all experienced watching a waiter deliver a succulent steak to the person sitting at the next table in a restaurant. But whats the point of having a steak without the sizzle? How badly do you want that success? Can you taste it? Waiter I want what hes having!!! On February 1, we rolled out our new and improved and may I mention long awaited Compensation Plan. If you were proactive and participated in the webinars and leadership calls, as well as attended the numerous meetings given by the corporate team you know what Im talking about. Latino owned businesses are growing 3 times faster than all businesses combined and the majority are owned by WOMEN. Women play the central role in the Latino family structure. Help them see the dream of being her own boss, taking care of educating her children and owning a home, and you have a business partner for life. The most important trait common to all Latinos is the importance of the immediate and extended family. It is this cultural attribute that practically guarantees success for those Latinos who become enthused with the potential of direct selling. They come into the business with a ready built-in downline formed by relatives and close family friends willing to help their family member succeed. Levels of requirement Volume requirements come from your entire organization. Personal sponsorship requirements demonstrate that you have sponsored others into your business. Leg volume requirements demonstrate that you have worked to develop multiple leaders within your organization. Dont be a one person show. There are those in network marketing who want to prove they are the best by sponsoring the most new Consultants or finding the most customers or by having the best meeting presentation but this is not necessarily the quality of a leader. The best leaders get more pleasure from seeing members of their Downline succeed. You will get the respect you crave, the promotion in rank that you deserve and the increase in earnings all at the same time. An individual doesnt become a network marketing leader once they have a large group; instead, it is something that is demonstrated with the way they perceive and work with their network. Be the leader you are looking for.

How do you build an effective network and how do you promote in the Compensation Plan to maximize these earnings?

Compensation LadderTake sponsoring for examplethere is a difference between sponsoring and recruiting. You can recruit 3 people and get to Silver but it will be much harder to promote to Gold by just recruiting and almost impossible to get to Diamond. Think about sponsoring someone as taking on the responsibility of that persons success. When you look at sponsoring in this light, you have changed the way you will perceive your business. Being a sponsor who takes responsibility to create a framework for a new Consultant to succeed will have a dramatic effect on how quickly your network will grow. More importantly, it will allow you to focus on the 2nd principle lifeline of developing a strong and growing organization and that is developing leaders, because as a good sponsor your primary goal is to mentor new Consultants and develop them into leaders. You can not grow your team alone. Many of the best recruiters do not succeed in this business because it takes more than just recruiting to succeed. The best way to succeed in network marketing is to help others succeed first. Learn to empower your network and then you will have the volume you require with less effort on your own behalf. This mindset will help you move up to the rank of Gold, Diamond, Executive Diamond and Platinum. The Compensation Plan specifically rewards the development of leadership and pays for it with specific bonuses.

Entrepreneur Consultant: An Entrepreneur Consultant is a Consultant who has purchased the Consultant Kit but has not accumulated 700 PV in any one month. An Entrepreneur Consultant is eligible for a 20% discount. Associate Consultant: An Associate Consultant is someone who has accumulated 700 PV in any one calendar month. Associate Consultants qualify for the maximum 30% discount and are eligible to be paid down one generation (G1) on Customers and other Associates. For the Accelerated Moving Up Bonus, does the new Consultants 'clock' run from the date of their personal sign-up? For example, to earn the Accelerated Silver Bonus, if a person registers on Feb 14th, does their 2 month window end on April 14th or on March 31st? It is the 1st 2 full months. Is all this enough to give you the winter blues? Possibly, but there may be physiological and biochemical reasons as well.You may feel sad, but doctors may also diagnose you as SAD. This stands for Seasonal Affective Disorder, an affliction that happens almost uniquely in winter. Fortunately, instead of writing for prescription antidepressants, many health professionals recognize that there are perfectly natural ways to take care of this. SAD is a result of decreased exposure to sunlight, both a function of our reluctance to venture out into the cold but also because of the shortening of daylight in the winter months. This gets worse the further north you live in the U.S. and Canada. Several options should be obvious to anyone a trip to the Caribbean is great for anyones mood! But whos to say that its just the fact that youre on vacation that made you feel better? As usual, the answer can be found in science. An effective treatment for SAD is the daily use of special light sources that exposes you to wavelengths similar to those found under the real sun, but without the intensity to damage your cells. These are available as desk-lamps, reading lamps and lamps that are portable enough to take to your office. What is it in sunlight that can have this dramatic influence on our mood? The answer is complex, but at least two functions are clear. One reason is that we have an interesting hormone circulating in our body, a brain-derived substance called melatonin. Melatonin levels are affected by our circadian rhythm (sleep-wake cycle) which in turn is a function of exposure to daylight. Several researchers have suggested that the use of melatonin supplements may be beneficial. Another supplement has come to the forefront of addressing this problem as well as an increasingly long list of potential benefits. Good old Vitamin D is something that we all need but can be in very limited supply especially in winter. Not only does Vitamin D play a role in bone health and cardiovascular well-being, the past few years have witnessed a slew of articles demonstrating its role in cancer prevention. Experts in both Canada and the United States have come out suggesting that vitamin D dosage recommendations be bumped up from previous guidelines. This has been especially emphasized for pregnant and breast feeding women as well as children, and just as emphatically, in the winter. What is the link between Vitamin D and the winter? At first glance one may think that fresh produce is harder to obtain in snowy climes. However, the real answer lies in our decreased exposure to sunlight. Although Vitamin D can be obtained to some degree from foods such as dairy products, oily fish such as salmon or sardines, margarine and eggs, the majority of this vitamin is made by our own body, and sunlight is a prerequisite. Vitamin D is known as the Sunshine Vitamin. Within minutes of exposure to sunlight, our bodies set off a cascade of biochemical events that leads to the availability of this critical vitamin for our cells. During the winter, limited sunlight and absence of ultraviolet light mean that many people are susceptible to deficiency. Those particularly at risk of deficiency are those with darker skin, those who cover up most of their body and those of us who think sitting in front of a television watching beach volleyball equates to exposure to sunlight. Protect yourself from the winter blues and blahs. Solutions are easily available.

When a statement is made about potential earnings, it must be accurate and we must not omit information that is material to the prospective Independent Consultants assessment of the earning opportunity and to his decision to participate in it. Lifestyle claims include statements about or photos of luxury goods such as luxury or sports vehicles, large homes and jewelry. They also consist of references to the attainment of ones material aspirations and use words such as opportunity or possibility or chance. While we would all like to be able to say that all of our Independent Consultants have reached their potential, this is not necessarily a true statement. You can speak

about the Immunotec earning opportunity by disclosing the compensation actually or likely to be received by typical Independent Consultants. Immunotec provides this information to you annually in an Income Disclosure Statement (IDS). The IDS is available in your Business Center. The following information is set out in the IDS: a) the information which describes the amount of time and effort necessary to earn a particular level of compensation under our plan b) what a typical Independent Consultant would earn in a year c) the most current information d) a breakdown of the different levels of compensation received by the Independent Consultants and e) the number of Independent Consultants in each level.
