Responding to the situation

Diffusing the OSC concept

Implementing the Innovation:

OSC Process

• All the three applications must be submitted to

• OSC distributes applications to respective

technical departments and monitoring the

progress of that department concerned. Technical

departments are given 14 days to deliver their

The Approval Process

• Submission– The OSC will only a complete submission – based on its checklist

• Comments• Comments– The OSC will distribute the copies of plans and related documents to technical

bodies including related ‘in-house’ departments and monitor the respective application

• Site Visit– Site visit will be arranged to investigate the characteristics of the site to ensure

that the requirements are complied or can be complied.

• Consideration– The OSC will table the application to the OSC meeting when all the technical

• Approval– Decisions from the OSC meeting will be released to the applicant with or

without conditions.
