Traditional and Digital Music Education which includes lessons in entrepreneurship, robotics, Video Game

Development, and marketing

Curriculum is taught using Microsoft Technology including Surface devices

Started October 2014 in St. Louis, MO Microsoft Store

Lessons are designed for students 1st grade-college

Student Impact: 240,000 (October 2014-October 2016)

The Signature Program is offered at participating Microsoft stores in the following cities:

Students participate in lessons including Music Composition, Audio Engineering,Marketing, and Publishing

The no-cost class sizes range from 12-24 students to ensure an optimal hands-on learning environment

Enrolled Juniors and Seniors are eligible for a Notes For Life A&T Scholarship

Signature Program sessions are 90 minutes, 1 day a week for 8 weeks

20+ schools and organizations across the country now offer the Notes For Life A&T Experience

The Notes For Life A&T Experience (NFLATE) services schools, organizations, and communities in the United States.

Participating organizations include, Girl Scouts, Boys & Girls Club, School District of Philadelphia, and Hazelwood School District

NFLATE lesson plans and courses are completely customizable to provide the exact need

Signature Program and NFLATE activities includeWorkshops hosted by industry professionals

Music and technology toursPanel discussions that include local educators, parents,

students, and recording artistsMicrosoft Store performances,

and meet & greet sessions

Students use professional equipment and software to enhance the hands-on learning experience of the Signature Program and NFLATE
