On the occasion of 27th
AGM
27th
September 2016
IZM Board Report 2016 Dear Hon’ble Members Salaamun Alaikum, I have pleasure in presenting the 27th Annual Report of Imam E Zamana Mission and the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2015-2016. It is indeed a self satisfaction and Saadath to serve the community through Imam E Zamana Mission. Although my tenure as a CEO and Secretary has not been smooth, as facing problems like finances, negative publicity, withdrawal of donors, cropping up of new organizations with same aims and objects.
Inspite of all and even after the withdrawal of sponsorship of 600 students by WF, IZM has continued to achieve the objectives by supporting the 1847 students of secondary education. Withdrawal of The World Federation of KSIMC has not only resulted in the financial loss but also affected the other donors. IZM has removed the name of World Federation from the donors list due to non receipts of funds. This itself was a great task to continue the education of unsponsored students. IZM managed the expenses from the Reserve Funds. Alhamdulillah from this academic year Sajjadiyya Trust has started giving the sponsorship of 200 students and also sponsorship of IZM Moula Ali School by HNA have given a big relief to IZM. May Allah (SWT) reward them for the noble cause. Ameen Major Achievements:
a. Impact Day Celebration by Deloitte Company b. School Bus Donated by SBI c. Qayam Nagar School Building by Sajjadiyya Trust d. Visit to Avalkonda Project
Impact Day Celebration by Deloitte Company: The Impact Day was celebrated by Deloitte
Company on 27th November 2015 at IZM Sajjadiyya (Canada) Boys High School, Yakutpura. The
Workshop was conducted for the students of Class 7th to 10th standard. The following topics were covered: Introduction of Deloitte and Impact day
Importance of Education
Women Safety
Health & Hygiene Games and quiz completion were also conducted. To encourage the spirit, the gifts, snacks & lunch were distributed to the students. The Deloitte Company donated the under mentioned Items:
Carpet for girls school computer lab and library
Aqua guards
Havit keyboards sets The team of Deloitte Company appreciated the students for their good performance. School Bus Donated by SBI: The State Bank of India donated School Bus in February 2016 for IZM School students. All the required information was furnished by IZM. Here I would like to thank Mr. Arif Allauddin, member IZES for using his good offices to implement this task.
IZM Board Report 2016
Qayam Nagar School Building by Sajjadiyya Trust:
As you all know that 3 IZM School buildings have been constructed with the donation of
Sajjadiyya Trust. Similarly on our request Sajjadiyya Trust also agreed to construct the 4th
School building of IZM School, Qayam Nagar. In 2011 the Executive Director Janab Huseinali
Chacha Paryani dig the foundation stone in the public meeting. After that in 2013 he gave
approval to commence the Project but due to certain reason known to you the project was put-on
hold.
Now after repeated reminders and efforts Sajjadiyya trust has donated for construction of IZM
School Building at Qayam Nagar and has paid the part payment of
Rs.1,00,00,000/- for construction.
Here I would like to Thanks and Appreciate the efforts of Janab Mir Ahmed Ali Khan to get the
funds from Sajjadiyya Trust for this Project.
Visit to Avalkonda Project: Two Sub-Committee Members Capt. S.A. Hadi Sadiq and Mr. Mohd.
Raza Kamdar visited Avalkonda on 30th & 31st July 2016 and met various govt. Officers. (Report
attached)
To attract an integrate the Donors, IZM has been using WhatsApp, Website, Facebook at various
places by sending mails and video clips to many areas of United States, other countries and also
in Hyderabad, which has yielded good results. Two of our coordinators namely Saheb e Asr
Mission and Islamic Education Centre are giving full support to IZM. We are getting better
response from the individual Donors of Chicago through Saheb e Asr Mission, Donors from
Houston through Islamic Education Centre (IEC). Here I would like to convey my thanks to Mr.
Fazle Ali Sajanlal, Mr. Jawad A Syed & Mr. Hassan Ali Khan of Islamic Education Centre for
coordinating with various donors towards Sponsorship.
I on behalf of the Board also Thank Charted Accountant M/s Hari Babu & Associates for the
services rendered by him on a meager remuneration, guiding us in the areas of Accounts, FCRA
and other areas.
I thank all the executives and staff for their cooperation and sincerity. I wouldn’t have been able
to complete this task without their support. I also thank all the Board Members for their
suggestion and cooperation.

OPEN SCHOOL Towards imparting education to total illiterate children who are employed in petty jobs, a
coaching centre was established under the ages of IZES in 2006.
The centre was rechristened as Bridge school and closed down in April 2013 under unavoidable
circumstances.
It again started on 24th Aug 2015 as an open school with an initial enrollment of 85 students so
as to facilitate otherwise employed children.
The timings of open school is kept as 1pm-4pm.
Another reason for parents to put their children in open school is because formal schools are
unaffordable.
For this very reason we have about 6-8 children who are in age group of 5-6 yrs.
Year after year we prepare them for main school entrance last and transfer them if they qualify.
In a way open school is a route to admission to the main stream of education.
Coming to the current academic year 2016-17 I am to submit that open school started on 15th
june 2016 with same timings of 1pm to 4pm.
We have 69 students .As per their standard most of them are fit for III class syllabus though
their age group is between 9 yrs to 15 yrs .We have students born 2002 to 2011. Number of
students on an average attending classes every day is between 35-47 students in two groups.
Since we do not have formal classes the students are divided into two groups (Group-I & Group-
II).
The group in which they need to study is decided on the basis of their academic standard,
We have 18 students in Group I and 41 students in group –II .though they are often absent.
Some students know only capital ABC, Some of them know apart of abc and a few are able to
read and write two letter and three letter words. As such each student warrant individual
attention as per his academic standard.
Rest of them demarcated as Group –II are competent for class-3 syllabus. Hence we have two
teachers in order to boost their self confidence these students are given the privilege of doing
‘YOGA’ once in a week along with lower classes of our main school. This practice has been
started from Aug 2016. Its giving a lot of happiness to them. Starting of vocational subjects like
tailoring and computer is suggested by many parents .Presently, subject being taught by
teachers are English, Evs, urdu and maths We will also hold summative-I & Summative –II
exams like the main school.
IZM Board Report 2016 Apart from open school upto VIIth (if student are there of 7th std). We have Izm open school (A
study centre recognized by Telangana open school society (Toss).
A group –I Student can be of 14 yrs of age .As per Govt .norms He/she can appear for open
school examination Once the age of student is realized as 14 yrs and above the students
parents are invited to the office and counseled to help the child for admission into open SSC.
Though He/she may not be fully equipped to pass the SSC examination, we still encourage them
to appear for the same in order to take advantage of the various schemes run by the Govt. as
such they can join Setwin course and other vocational course s offered by the Board of
intermediate for the SSC failed students in 2015 batch. we selected 15 students of 7th class
standard from our open school to admit them to open SSC class and to appear for open SSC
examination. Totally 2015-16 batch 133 students (from out side including ours also) enrolled for
open SSC and 111 appeared for open SSC and open SSC result not more than 25%. After
qualifying open SSC, students can take admission in open intermediate, or they are also eligible
to join regular intermediate.
At present we have one student in inter II year (regular) who is to appear II year exam 2017
march though she is a open school student.
2015-16 enrollments in open inter 85.
2016-17 the admissions are still going on so far online enrolled admission are 27 admissions of
TOSS close at the end of September 16.
